Astero is a great PvP and exploration ship that can use covert ops cloak. You can get it from Sister's of EvE loyalty point stores and it has lower requirements than a T2 Covert Op frigate. It has a full flight of light drones great for ambushing explorers at data sites (especially at seasonal event sites in low-sec).
